Aimst Staff Club in collaboration with Aimst Indian Cultural Society is organizing Pongal Celebration 2016. This time more bigger and better. The details of the celebration is as follow:-
Date : 29th February 2016
Time : 3.00pm onwards
Venue : Admin Foyer
We welcome all staffs and students of Aimst University to take part along with us in the celebration. There will be Pongal Competition where evaluation will be based on Fastest Boil Over, Best Taste Pongal and Best Ranggoli Kolam decoration and exciting games such as “Uri Adithal”(pot breaking), Fastest Thoranam Folding, and Fastest Sugar Cane Chewing. Along with this, the Best Dressed Awards for both male and female will be there too. For those who are interested in taking part in the Pongal Competition, you may collect the registration forms from Yogeswaran Manimaran and Nishant Ravi.
Each team should consist of 5 participants and the items necessary to make pongal are provided. Registration for games will be held on the day of event. As it is only limited to 50 pots, hurry up and get your teams registered. For further quiries, do comment below. Thank you.
