Introduction
The conference will be held at the AIMST University, Kedah, Malaysia from 20–22 April 2016. The 3rdRC4Bs-2016 intends to provide a platform for scientists, researchers and students to share knowledge, challenges, recent advances and future perspectives in the multidisciplinary areas of biosensors, biodiagnostics, biochips and biotechnology.
The 3rdRC4Bs-2016 welcomes academicians, researchers, students, entrepreneurs and industry players to present their works in a friendly and supportive environment. Both international and local speakers in the forefront of biosensors, biodiagnostics, biochips and biotechnology will actively engage in this 3-day event.
The theme of the conference is “State-of-the-Art Achievements and Challenges in Biosensors, Biodiagnostics, Biochips and Biotechnology”.

On behalf of the organizing committee, it is with a great pleasure that I invite you to attend our upcoming the 3rd Regional Conference on Biosensors, Biodiagnostics, Biochips and Biotechnology 2016 (3rdRC4Bs-2016). This conference will take place during April 20-22, 2016 at the beautiful campus of the AIMST University, Malaysia.
The theme for Conference is “State-of-the-Art Achievements and Challenges in Biosensors, Biodiagnostics, Biochips and Biotechnology”. All speakers will have the opportunity to talk and galvanize the discussion about the latest trends, achievements and challenges in the field of Biosensors, Biodiagnostics, Biochips and Biotechnology.
The organizing committee of the conference is committed to maintain high-level of scientific standard and I am privileged to announce the attendance of Dato’ Prof. Dr. Asma Ismail [Director General, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Malaysia] and Prof. Eiichi Tamiya [Osaka University, Japan] as key note speakers. It is also my great pleasure to inform you the attendance of Prof. Dr. Prakash Kumar [NUS, Singapore], Prof. Dr. Uda H. [UniMAP, Malaysia], Assoc. Prof. Dr. Werasak S. [KMUTT, Thailand], Snr. The scientific program of conference includes two keynote lectures, six plenary talks, 27 oral presentations, and poster presentations on various topics related to Biosensors, Biodiagnostics, Biochips and Biotechnology. The ‘Young Scientist Awards’ will be given by the ‘Organizing Committee’ to recognize the contribution of young delegates.
Participants may submit their original works in relation to all aspects of Biosensors, Biodiagnostics, Biochips and Biotechnology. The official language for all sessions in conference is English.
Two pre-conference workshops are also organized for the interested participants. One workshop will be on ‘Drug-Protein Interaction and Personalized Medicine’ and another workshop will be on ‘Basic Statistics and Scientific Writing’.
The social programs include conference dinner, post-conference one day trip to Vibrant ‘Penang Island’ and stunningly beautiful ‘Langkawi Island’.
