“Care for Orphanage, Spread the Love”
Today 14-12-2013, We, Leo Club of Aimst University (OMEGA) visited Orphanage Home of Gurunatha Aasramam to give them the items that we collected in our recently concluded event, “Old Books, Old Toys and Old Shirt Collection”.
We departed at 8.30 a.m and reach at approximately 9.30 a.m. We started off by separating into three teams. The first team did holly garland with teenagers aged between 13-17 years old. The second group did Santa Claus, something easily done by kids below 12 years old. The third group worked on the decorations that we had prepared and started decorating the place to light up the Christmas environment around the orphanage home, spreading the joy. The third group later joined in to help the first and second group.
Everyone had fun and it ended at 12.30p.m. It was our pleasure to help out. ROAR ROAR ROAR
